Like a breath of mountain air
Or a drink in a clear spring
Like the sound of a distant bell
Like hearing a cuckoo sing
Amidst a thousand noises
Like a silent prayer's sigh
I saw you smile in greeting
As the world passed me by
I'd like to wax eloquent
And speak in timbred tones
I'd love to tailor language
To a charming monotone
I'd love to talk of fragrant wines
And conjure philosophy
I'd love to narrate extempore
And cough importantly
But I'd rather speak of simple things
Like how your dimple curves,
Of love, that needs just a word or two
And which my language serves
I'd rather point to the stars in the sky
As I clasp your hand in mine
And hear you laugh as I tell you tales
Of a turkish caravanserai
(Oh that laugh, that golden joy
Like rainbows and clouds in fray
Oh that sound of tinkling bells
That coolest of seashore sprays)
'Tis a simple thing, to fall in love
And rise each day like the sun
And all you know is to give, and to smile
And each moment, is a life begun!

So get Blogging!
I think the best things in life
Are things that make you laugh
Things that, when you see them,
Scatter your worries like chaff
When the world is grey and dreary
And your coffee has turned cold
When your tie is a bit too tight
And life is in a square mould
When the trail seems bleak and narrow
And the songs are shrill and coarse
When your mind feigns sorrow
That seems to rise from an unknown source
Sit back and muse on things
Like your last day at school
Or the day you met your best friend
Or the girl who made you drool
Take a walk along the office
Or the road, on a breezy day
Or sip a glass of something cold
Under a shady hut of hay
Think of a friend who just fell in love
And remember the way she blushed
Think of how the whole neighborhood
knowsSomething that's hush hush
Think of everyday life man
Like you're on top of a hill
And after the first angry moments
You'll have enough time to kill
And that's when you make a blogg
And write all this stuff down
I know its no cure to your worries
But it sure wipes off your frown!
